You can sell, exchange or credit your gold jewellery, nuggets, etc to us. We will guide you through the simple and straightforward selling process. We provide assessments, competitive rates and live pricing. You will be paid directly into your nominated bank account, or you may have a credit to use for current or future jewellery requirements. To sell your old gold and other precious metals, simply come to our workshop during trading hours with the required identification.

Precious Metal	Shop	Refinery	Important Information
Gold jewellery (gemstones and other non-metal elements removed)			The shop accepts gold jewellery up to the value of AUD 10,000. If no hallmark is evident or it is illegible, Empire Diamonds Australia reserves the right to refuse purchase. No refining charges apply. The refinery accepts scrap* gold jewellery only. Scrap jewellery does not need to be hallmarked. Refining charges apply. (* Scrap jewellery is that which is damaged and no longer able to be worn in its intended manner.)

Valid identification:
Identification documents must provide your date of birth, full name, signature, and current residential address. You must bring the following documents to us with your precious metal:

• A current photographic driver's licence, passport or Proof of Age Card
• A utility bill (electricity, water or gas) less than three months old with current residential address displayed
• Details of your banking institution, including the BSB and your account number
• If the correct identification is not provided, we are unable to proceed with the purchase.
